Mikaela Bernards (Fr., Hillsboro, Ore.) and pole vaulter
Britta LaVoie (Jr., Spokane, Wash.) led the way for Pacific in their final regular season meet of 2015 Saturday as the Boxers' track and field teams competed at the Linfield Open, held at Maxwell Field.

A day after competing at the Oregon Twilight, LaVoie ended her Pacific career by tying her school record in the women's pole vault. LaVoie, a senior academically, placed second with a performance of 11 feet, 8 inches.

Chovich improved her No. 2 time on Pacific's all-time list in the 100 meters, running 12.82 seconds in the event's first heat. Bernards then proceeded to tie Chovich on the list in the second heat, moving up from No. 2 with her finish of 12.82 seconds. The duo finished second and third in the race, respectively.

Shannon Hammond (Fr., Forest Grove, Ore.) moved up to No. 7 on the all-time list in the 100-meter hurdles, finishing fifth with a season best of 16.92 seconds. Hammond went on to win the high jump, clearing 5 feet, 1.75 inches.

Hammond was one of three individual event winners on the day for the Boxers.
Kris Sapp (So., Sacramento, Calif.) won the men's 100 meters in a time of 11.03 seconds. He then went on to finish second a 200-meter race where Pacific had the second through fifth place finishers.Â
Trey Oshiro-Atabay (Sr., Aiea, Hawaii) finished third in 22.99 seconds.Â
Conner Pappas (Jr., Heppner, Ore.) placed fourth in 23.15 seconds and
Sean Higinbotham (So., Phoenix, Ariz.) placed fifth in 23.17 seconds.

Jesse Bethke (Sr., Cave Junction, Ore.) finished his Pacific career as a winner, taking the men's discus with a mark of 154 feet, 7 inches.

Daniel Wagner (Sr., Kailua, Hawaii) closed his Pacific career by placing second in the men's 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.60 seconds.Â
Hayley Palmer (Sr., Sisters, Ore.) finished her career strong as well, placing second in the women's 200 meters with a time of 27.79 seconds.

Mackenzie Huddleston (Jr., Milwaukie, Ore.) finished third in the women's javelin with a mark of 127 feet while teammate
Emily Sproul (Fr., Salem, Ore.) was fifth with a mark of 122 feet, 8 inches.Â
Dianna Church (Fr., Bothell, Wash.) placed second in the shot put with an effort of 37 feet, 8 inches. In the men's field event,
Marshall Taunton (Fr., Hillsboro, Ore.) placed fifth in the pole vault with a clearance of 13 feet, 2.25 inches.
