Coach Hill's Comments: Right-handed sophomore pitcher who will compete for pitching time on the four-person staff...Hard worker who will be asked to contribute in a variety of ways, seeing playing time at first base and also as a designated player.
2007: Made nine appearances and four starts at pitcher, finishing with a 3-1 record and 4.39 earned run average...Also saw time in the field and as a pinch hitter and runner, finishing with a .242 batting average...Made first college start against Whitworth 3/3/07...Picked up wins in three straight appearances in March, allowing no runs and just eight hits in 11 innings of work....First win came against Lewis & Clark on 3/11/07.
High School: Played for Jeff Edwards at St. Helens High School...2006: First Team All-Three Rivers League as a pitcher...Led league with .400 batting average...Finished with 26 hits and 15 RBI...Compiled a 0.68 earned run average...2004: First Team All-Three Rivers League as a utility player...Was named the Lions' most valuable player three times...Also played varsity volleyball.
